Tania Morris

Hi, my name is Tania (pronounced Tonya) Morris.  I’m a single mother of two beautiful girls, Riley age 6 and Tori age 3.

I became a personal trainer to be a role model for my children and to improve the quality of life for those I train.  I feel everyone should wake up in the morning liking the way they look and loving the way they feel!

I grew up in Cassville, MO and played 2 years of college basketball for Missouri Western where I studied International Business.  I then transferred to University of Hawaii where I majored in Asian Studies with an emphasis in Japanese language.  After college I went to work for a Japanese investment firm as a translator for 10 years.  Three of those years I lived in Tokyo where I was lucky enough to study Kyokushin Karate under Matsui Kancho, the head master.

After having my children I decided I would come home to Missouri and make a career change and follow my true passion and became certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

I have been working for Tammy Eaton at Git Fit Headquarters since September 2009 and I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.  If you want to be the best you should learn from the best.
